With two decades of industry expertise, we specialize in the design, development, and production of precision injection molds. We also provide custom plastic processing services, supplying components for home appliances, automotive, consumer electronics, and various other sectors. This enables us to fulfill both personalized customization and large-scale mass production requirements for clients across different industries.

Complex Geometry: The impeller blades feature an aerodynamic curved surface design, demanding extremely high mold precision. 

• High Precision & Dynamic Balance: As high-speed rotating components, dynamic balance precision is stabilized within 100 microns and dimensional tolerances are controlled within ±0.02mm, which directly impacts motor stability, noise, and service life. 

• Lightweight & High Strength: Designed to withstand high centrifugal forces and elevated working temperatures by utilizing high-performance engineering plastics such as PPS and LFT.

• Large & Complex Structure: Dimensions exceeding 1 meter, featuring integrated deep cavities, undercuts, and snap-fits with complex geometry.

• Micron-Level Precision: Strict assembly tolerances, with metal-mating surface precision controlled within ±0.05mm.

• Weather Resistance & High Rigidity: Utilizes PC/ABS material to balance weatherability and structural strength.

• CAE Simulation & Optimization: Precise gating and runner layout to accurately predict and compensate for shrinkage and warpage deformation. 

• Precision Mold Manufacturing: 5-axis CNC machining combined with CMM inspection to ensure micron-level cavity precision. 

• Precise Process Control: Multi-stage packing pressure, intelligent mold temperature control, and gas-assisted injection molding to suppress deformation and relieve internal stress.
